Expanding the discourse from the mind to the spirit, the suggestions of the fusion with the object of contemplation took me even further, towards a shamanic fusion, in which the human element merges with the natural one based on the energy that wants to welcome in itself. The shaman in fact connects, merges or channels the spirits of the invisible worlds to access the universal knowledge of mother earth made of wisdom, compassion and love.
